People are Finding God because of Steve Jobs. As Apple’s iconic inventor, Steve Jobs greatly shaped the world we live in.
Because of his magical inventions, we can connect with people instantaneous around the world.
Apart from the invention of the printing press, nothing has changed the way we are able to communicate with each other as much as his inventions: from personal computer to iPhone to iPod to iPad.
According to Wikipedia, American director Steven Spielberg said: “Steve Jobs was the greatest inventor since Thomas Edison. He put the world at our fingertips.”[144] In a statement, George Lucas said “The magic of Steve was that while others simply accepted the status quo, he saw the true potential in everything he touched and never compromised on that vision.”[145]
Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen said: “We’ve lost a unique tech pioneer and auteur who knew how to make amazingly great products. Steve fought a long battle against tough odds in a very brave way. He kept doing amazing things in the face of all that adversity. As someone who has had his own medical challenges, I couldn’t help but be encouraged by how he persevered.”[146]
Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak said: “People sometimes have goals in life. Steve Jobs exceeded every goal he set himself.”
Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has stated:[147]Steve, thank you for being a mentor and a friend. Thanks for showing that what you build can change the world.
But what is unique about his inventions is though they were for the world‘s business, God’s Gospel of redemption has been able to be heard all around the earth because of them.
People are hearing about God. His truth. His Son.
Steve also contributed to the end times. The Bible says that Christ will return when all nations have heard the gospel. That is happening as we speak because his communication tools connect throughout the whole world.
